Effective August 1, 2026. Yellowstone Grand Charters ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, party size, dates, and any preferences or dietary and accessibility needs you share when you inquire, book, or join The 71.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers.
• Basic site data — our host, Cloudflare, records standard request information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, arrange your journey, and deliver the experience you booked.
• To process payments, issue receipts, and maintain membership records for The 71.
• To contact you about your booking, and — only if you've asked us to — about future experiences.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the partners required to deliver your experience — a chef, a venue, a guide, our payment processor — and only what they need to do their part. Our guests' privacy and discretion are part of what we sell.

Photography

We photograph our experiences. If you'd rather not appear in images we may use, tell us before your journey and we will honor it — no explanation needed.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to concierge@yellowstonegrandcharters.com and we'll take care of it. We keep booking and membership records as long as needed for our business and tax obligations.
